Commercial Cleaning Terms & Conditions
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional commercial cleaning services as outlined in the service agreement, proposal, or quote approved by the client. Only services listed in the agreement will be performed.
2. Standard Commercial Cleaning Services
Depending on the agreement, services may include:
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Cleaning kitchenettes and break rooms
- Trash and recycling removal
- Dusting and wiping surfaces
- Vacuuming and mopping floors
- Cleaning common areas and workspaces
Services are performed according to the agreed frequency and scope.
3. Specialized Commercial Services
The following services are available upon request and are quoted separately:
- Post-construction commercial cleaning
- Move-in / move-out commercial cleaning
- Deep cleaning services
- Floor detailing (as applicable)
- Hoarding or extreme clutter clean-ups (case-by-case basis)
Specialized services require assessment and written approval before work begins.
4. Supplies, Equipment & Add-Ons
Unless otherwise stated in the agreement:
- The client is responsible for providing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Our company may provide supplies and equipment for an additional fee
- Any add-ons must be approved in advance and may affect pricing
5. Access to Premises
The client agrees to provide safe and timely access to the premises during scheduled service hours, including:
- Keys, key fobs, codes, or access permissions
- Alarm instructions (if applicable)
We are not responsible for delays or incomplete service due to lack of access.
6. Health, Safety & Working Conditions
Clients must ensure a safe working environment. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
- Conditions pose a safety risk
- Hazardous materials are present and not disclosed
- Excessive clutter or hoarding conditions were not communicated
7. Excluded Services
Unless explicitly agreed upon, we do not provide:
- Waste removal beyond standard trash bags
- Biohazard, medical, or hazardous waste cleaning
- Pest control
- Maintenance, repairs, or restoration services
- Non-cleaning-related tasks
8. Changes to Scope
Any changes to the scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional services requested outside the agreement may result in revised pricing.
9. Quality Assurance & Reporting
Clients are encouraged to report service concerns within 24–48 hours of service completion so they can be addressed promptly.
10. Payment Terms
Payment terms are defined in the service agreement or invoice. Late payments may result in service suspension.
11. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service if:
- Payment terms are not met
- Working conditions are unsafe
- Client requests violate the agreed scope or these Terms & Conditions
12. Liability & Damages
We are not responsible for:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unstable or improperly installed items
- Pre-existing damage not disclosed prior to service
Any damage concerns must be reported promptly.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By signing a commercial agreement or approving a quote, the client agrees to these Commercial Cleaning Terms & Conditions.
